All That’s Old is New Again (Picking up a Sport After some time)

All that’s old is new again. This year has been full of change and growth. Of realizing why I should not keep putting things off. Why should I keep saying someday? I have been thinking lately about how I wanted to get back into playing tennis. I played when I was younger. I started playing as soon as I could walk. I stopped when I was in my teens. It has been a long while, but I would like to play again. I love that all that’s old is new again (picking up a sport after some time). Have you been thinking about taking up a sport or craft again? There is no time like the present.

All That's Old is New Again (Picking up a Sport After some time)

When we keep saying someday, we are living in the future, striving for the future instead of living in the present.
This year lead me to learn that there is no time like the present and stop with someday. Someday I will get a dog when I have a partner, and someday I will take that trip, Someday I will, and on and on. Well, if I keep thinking that way, I will never do anything. While living my life is when the other parts of it will fall into place. I am hoping by sharing this. I will help others of you who might be struggling with this. With some time to find yourself, growth, and learning, you can do less someday and more now.

XOXO- Nikki
