Galentine's Day - bayberry and Main

Valentine’s Day has sometimes not been my favorite holiday. I have felt the pressure of not having someone and was a bit lonely. However, my view of Valentine’s Day changed when Lesly Nope on Parks and Rec introduced Galentine’s Day. Galentine’s Day is a fabulous way to celebrate my friends and all the strong women in my life.

I love any excuse to get friends together, cook, bake, and create a fun tablescape. I also love dressing up or finding holiday-related shirts or accessories. This is my love language!
I invite my needlepoint girlies for a Valentine’ s-themed stitch night. I can’t wait to make heart cookies with adorable pink and red sprinkles I found at Target—heart-shaped tomato, basil, and mozzarella bites.

I am working on a signature drink and painting some hearts on a Prosecco bottle. I will also have a charcuterie board. I found adorable pink scalloped plates in the dollar section at Target and colorful heart-patterned napkins at Micheals. I also have a few special needlepoint-themed goodies for the girls to take home.

I am excited to wear a Taylor Swift Theamed shirt. I am making it myself using my Circuit and iron vinyl. I found the SVG on Etsy. If you still need to get a Circut, you can find many people selling the shirt or sweatshirt already done. I am pairing it with a pink cardigan, jeans, pink ballet flats, and sparkly pink and purple heart earrings I found at Target.

While searching for Valentine ‘s-related items for my stitch night, I found a few other fabulous things that would be a perfect gift for Valentine’s Day.
