Over the past year decorating my bedroom became a bit of a saga. I wanted my room to have a classic preppy vibe, navy blues, and whites. This was not exactly what I wanted. Then I decided I wanted my bedroom to have a beachy vibe. I painted an accent wall turquoise and purchased a block print comforter from a company in India. After weeks of waiting, I finally receive the comforter. Unfortunately, it was not the right size, so they sent me another one same problem.

I was feeling frustrated; that is when I found the Grand Millenial decor style. This changed how I wanted to decorate my room. What’s old is in Again Grand Millenial Bedroom style encompasses everything you loved about your grandmother’s house. The pretty florals, gold frames, and paintings were created by hand. Along with these, touches the bed is filled with cozy pillows, and the furniture leans towards antique vibes. What’s old is in again Grandmillenial bedroom.

I was drawn in as soon as I saw the grand millennial style. I live in a 100-year-old condo with trim around the walls, wood details on the doors, and thin planked wood floors. It lends itself to the Grand millennial style. So as soon as I saw it, I started looking up inspiration on Pinterest.

On Etsy, I had seen items made from Liberty London fabric. Scrunches, skirts, headbands, and then I saw duvet covers made in different colors and patterns. I fell in love with the floral pattern in blues and yellows. This is the base for rooms decor. The room is almost finished. It just needs some different paint and maybe some new side tables. The jury is still out on that one. I am sharing my quilt along with the other decor pieces in the room.
